The 2027 problem
From January 2027 Gmail no longer sends as an external address. If you reply from your domain through Gmail today, you need somewhere new for your mail.
Pre-launch Nilomail isn’t live yet: we’re only collecting the waitlist. Join with your email and we’ll let you know when access is available. Join the waitlist →
For professionals
Your professional address, without Workspace.
Consultant, freelancer, small studio? Keep [email protected] after Gmail ends “Send as”, with a real mailbox on your own domain.
A real mailbox on your domain
Mail arrives at and leaves from [email protected] directly, authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC so it doesn’t land in spam.
- Aliases like
invoices@orquotes@ - A signature per address
- Scheduled sending
Ready when you grow
The Solo plan includes one person. When someone joins you, move to Team: up to 5 users and a shared inbox for addresses like hello@.
Confidentiality
Data in the EU, no AI reading your messages, no ads. It matters when your inbox holds client data.
When it is not a fit
- If you want to keep reading mail in the Gmail app or Apple Mail: Nilomail is used through its own apps.
- If you want old email imported: it stays in Gmail, where you can still search it.
Frequently asked questions
I work alone. Is it worth it?
If you only need to read and reply from your phone, your domain provider’s mailbox may be enough. Nilomail is worth it if you want a polished app, authentication done right and room to grow into a team.
