Pricing questions
What does “priced per domain” mean?
A plan covers one or more domains and the people who work on them. You pay for the plan, not for every extra user up to the number included: 1 on Solo, 5 on Team, 15 on Business.
What counts as an automated email?
Emails sent by campaigns and through the API count towards the monthly allowance of your plan. Email sent from a mailbox, like normal day-to-day correspondence, is separate and unlimited for normal use.
What is the initial daily cap on automated emails?
New accounts start with a daily limit on automated emails to protect sender reputation, and it is raised as your sending history builds up. The cap for each plan is listed on its card.
Can I sign up today?
Not yet. Nilomail is in pre-launch and only the waitlist is open. These are the prices planned for launch and may change before then.
